Time

The Republic standard calendar is based on the size and rotation of the planet Coruscant. It is a calendar based both on Coruscant's orbit around its sun, and the orbit of its primary satellite Centax I before both of these were changed by the Yuuzhan-Vong. As the hyperdrive theory allow space travellers to bypass relativity, a single duration of time pass at all locations equally over a given interval.
